Our service is based on level 2 within the new extension at the Spire Bristol Hospital (formerly BUPA Hospital) with excellent facilities for patients and staff.
There are good transport links with on-site car parking available. For patients travelling long distances or from overseas, we would be delighted to advise you on local accommodation and sights to see if required. If arriving by train the nearest station is Bristol Templemeads, if by plane there are good transport links from Bristol international airport.

Who performs the consultation and assessments?
You will see Mr Valentine Akande who is a leading consultant Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist. He was recognised in the Tatler Doctor’s guide as one of the top Fertility Consultants in the UK. Mr Akande will be able to assess your personal situation, explaining everything you need to know in the strictest confidence.
Do I need a GP referral?
A referral letter is helpful but not essential. Your GP, or any specialist, can refer you directly to Mr Valentine Akande. We will write to your GP (with your consent) following the consultation.
On what days can I make an appointment?
Mr Valentine Akande runs a clinics on Tuesday mornings, Wednesday evenings and every other Friday morning.
Tests and ultrasound scans can usually be accommodated on any day except Sunday and bank holidays.
