Over the 2023/24 festive season we will be providing our routine services on working days however the clinic will be closed on the Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays:

Emergency Out of Hours:

Medication
If you are on medication over Christmas and New Year, please ensure you have sufficient supplies to take you through until your next appointment.
Final requests for home delivery of ambient medication by Fertility 2u before Christmas must be received by 11am Thursday 21st December for delivery on Wednesday 27th December.
Normal service for ordering medication will apply on 28th December.
Final requests for home delivery of ambient medication by Fertility 2u before New Year must be received by 11am on Friday 29th December for delivery on Tuesday 2nd January when normal service will resume.
Please note in exceptional circumstances and emergencies only out of hours, arrangements can be made for collection of medication from a pharmacy in the clinic area, however this will incur a dispensing charge for both NHS and private patients in addition to the cost of the medication.
